Branch and Bird Ltd (also known as Branch and Bird and by our brands: VEIDI and EPHEMERIST) is the data controller and is responsible for your personal data (collectively referred to as ‘Branch and Bird’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ in this policy).
Why we collect your data
We collect your data to provide our services to you as requested, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, and/or to provide customer support. Additionally we collect data for the purpose of understanding our customers’ needs, improving our services and website performance.

What data do we collect

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use the personal data you have given us for their own purposes.

If you register on our website(s) or sign up for our newsletter (if available) then we will keep your data for the lesser of: when you request its deletion, or 7 years.
